Я и понятия не имела, чем она зарабатывает на жизнь, а воспитатели никогда об этом не говорили. Но когда мне исполнилось восемь лет, я неожиданно узнала обо всем. Мы с мамой в то время отдыхали в Бельгии, и гуляя однажды прошли мимо ночного клуба, где я увидела ее большую фотографию на витрине. Я помню, как закричала: «Это моя мама!». Она смутилась, но улыбнулась мне. И я только недавно припомнила, что там на ней почти не было одежды.Мама рассказала мне о своем занятии значительно позже, и до семнадцати лет я всегда повторяла, что никогда не смогу раздеться на публике. Мы с мамой очень близки, и она бывало рассказывала мне, что такое стриптиз. Она никогда не уговаривала меня заняться этим делом и если бы не то, что она так любила свои выступления, я бы никогда этим не занялась. Оглядываясь назад я полагаю: неудивительно, что история в конце концов повторилась! Я стала участвовать в представлениях в прошлом июне, увидев объявление о наборе танцовщиц-топлесс с зарплатой до 1000 фунтов.Lauren McGregor followed her mum into a very unusual profession, a stripping. If it wasn`t for the fact her mom loved it so much, Lauren would never have got into it herself. She thinks stripping is just a way of earning a living. And she needed money to put herself through college (she`s studying performing arts). She gets stripping work during her college holidays in clubs on the continent. She can earn up to 350 pounds a time doing 12 performances at night. Her mother doesn`t mind her stripping. But she admits that old-style striptease was to slow music and was very elegant. It took place in a theatre. She didn`t blush because she knew she was good at it. Lauren plans to devote an entire year to stripping to save enough money for the university.
