It is an illustrated guide to modern weapons, combat vehicles, equipment and accessories as used by military and law enforcement agencies throughout the world. It is a sourcebook designed for use with role-playing games set in a modern, post modern or military settings. This book is NOT an instruction manual. It does not teach the reader on how to build, manufacture, modify, purchase or use small arms. It is not a survivalist's handbook nor meant to be a pro- civil arms statement.
